1. What we collect
For candidates: name, contact details, city, work history, education, skills and salary expectation. For employers: name, company, contact details and account activity.
2. Why we collect it
To verify candidates, publish accurate CVs, match professionals with employers and run subscription plans.
3. What employers see
Employers see a free preview of every profile. Contact details and the complete CV are only revealed after a CV is unlocked.
4. Sharing
We never sell candidate data. Details are shared only with employers who unlock a CV, and only for recruitment purposes.
5. Retention
Candidate profiles stay live until the candidate asks us to hide or delete them. Requests are actioned within five working days.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your profile at any time by emailing hello@cdshr.cm.
7. Security
Access to candidate contact details is restricted to verified employer accounts and CDSHR staff who need it.
