Terms of Service

1. Using CDSHR
CDSHR gives employers access to verified CVs of professionals based in Cameroon. You agree to use the platform only for genuine recruitment activity.
2. Accounts and plans
Subscription plans start at 5,000 FCFA per month and renew monthly until cancelled. Online payment is not yet available; our team activates plans manually.
3. CV unlocks and credits
Each plan includes a number of monthly CV unlocks. Unlocking reveals verified contact details and the complete CV. Credits are for your organisation only.
4. Candidate data
Contact details you unlock may only be used to contact the candidate about a role. Reselling, republishing or bulk-exporting candidate data is prohibited.
5. Candidate obligations
Candidates confirm that the information in their CV is accurate and that they are entitled to work in the roles they apply for.
6. Service availability
We aim for continuous availability but may suspend the service for maintenance or improvements without notice.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform grows. Material changes will be announced by email to account holders.
